SERVPRO of Highland Park

The guys with SERVPRO were extremely helpful, professional and considerate. I highly recommend working with them !

They are professional and did a great job with packing my belongings, demolishing the kitchen where the flood occurred and drying out the area. They also did a good job communicating.

We had a fantastic experience with Servpro Highland Park from start to finish. From the very first call, they were incredibly responsive and friendly. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and approached everything with total professionalism. The crew was punctual, courteous, and a pleasure to have around. Ozzy was our main point of contact throughout the job and truly went above and beyond. He was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Arlen, the owner, was equally great and it’s clear his attitude sets the tone for the entire team. You can tell this is a business that genuinely cares about doing right by their customers. We would absolutely work with Servpro Highland Park again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Five stars all around!

I had a sewage pipe crack that affected my flooring, so I contacted Servpro of Highland Park. They responded the same day, completed a full inspection, and provided a quote right away. By the next day, they had already started the cleaning process. After the pipe was repaired, their team returned a few days later for a second round of cleaning and completed a thorough disinfection. Everything was handled professionally and left clean and sanitary. Ramiro, who was the lead technician, was very polite, professional, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Servpro of Highland Park and their team. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. They truly deserve more than 5 stars!

You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The entire process was smooth, and they handled everything with great attention to detail. Honestly, one of the best companies I’ve worked with. I highly recommend Servpro of Highland Park to anyone who wants reliable, honest, and high-quality service. I have their number saved in my contact and called them few times with some questions I wish all companies could be the same specially in Los Angeles which you is hard to find a companies like them. If you could talk to Arlen who has so much honest and had so much information he can give you exactly how honest information.
