The only good thing about my house falling apart and needing repair was SERVPRO. Ozzie and his team are incredible, patient, professional, communicative and very considerate. WE have lived in our house since 2003 and needed to EMPTY IT for repairs and this was an insurmountable task that seemed impossible and daunting. Ozzie and team came in and did all the heavy lifting. LITERALLY. Not only was the packing and storage work incredible, the work they did to prep our house for repair was fast and remarkable! Servpro didn't save the day, they saved our home!

I had a sewage pipe crack that affected my flooring, so I contacted Servpro of Highland Park. They responded the same day, completed a full inspection, and provided a quote right away. By the next day, they had already started the cleaning process. After the pipe was repaired, their team returned a few days later for a second round of cleaning and completed a thorough disinfection. Everything was handled professionally and left clean and sanitary. Ramiro, who was the lead technician, was very polite, professional, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Servpro of Highland Park and their team. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. They truly deserve more than 5 stars!
