I came home from vacation to find a busted pipe and water damage in my living room. I contacted AAA and they sent SERVPRO out. The project manager has been awesome, Peter Fregosa has handled this as professional as could be. Today we had their crew Alexander and Carlos to remove the damage, I want to tell you that I am also in construction and I have never seen a better crew, they took the time to preserve all of our furnishings, completely demoed the walls and ceiling. They did such a great job with the level of caution, Installing cardboard to protect the tile flooring, Covered the cherry fireplace with furniture blankets and wrapped the total area with tape and plastic. When they left it was spotless and they even mopped the floor on there was out. I defiantly would recommend this outfit to any homeowner that has property damage and need restoration.
Alexander & Oscar came to our residence prior to their scheduled window of 8:30am - 9:30am and didn’t leave until 6:43pm. It was encouraging to see 2 young men be thankful for their job, and to be so competent at their craft!! They did major demo work in our home & I was thoroughly impressed with their work ethic, the way they carried themselves and their cleanup!!!! I was wondering how our home was going look after the demo was complete and WOW they left our residence inside & outside probably cleaner than when they arrived.

Due to a leaking copper water pipe I needed help in mitigating the lake of water in the crawlspace under my home. My plumber recommended Joe and his team at SERVPRO of Glendora so I gave Joe a call. Joe's team arrived first thing the following morning and explained to me what had to be done to remove the water and saturated earth. As my plumber was due to perform the repair the very next morning it was imperative that the clean up begin immediately. Over the course of the next 8 hours Joe's team delivered in getting the area cleaned up removing many bags of wet earth in the process. They left 3 ventilation fans running to further air out the crawlspace. All in all a very professional operation. I wouldn't hesitate to call Joe again should the need arise. His team is top notch, professional, courteous and extremely tidy in their work. Joe, thanks for the great service. Highly appreciated.
Everyone bent over backwards to accommodate my circumstances, ie. caregivers onsite taking care of my elderly parent in order to keep the household needs on track. Every call was returned and every step of the process was communicated clearly along with the timeline which was huge for me.

SERVPRO to the rescue! During one of the hottest days in August (110°) my AC went out! I was advised that the pan on the AC unit rusted and caused condensation/water to build up in the closet and eventually leak through the wall and onto to the flooring. SERVPRO arrived within one hour after I reported the problem to my Insurance Company. Peter and his team were courteous, respectful of my property and attentive to the situation...which helped calm my frustration. They thoroughly inspected the damage and explained what needed to be done before beginning the repair process. If I had to rate the team I would give them an A+ for their professionalism and knowledge. Without a doubt I would highly recommend SERVPRO!!
