Meet Our Team

Joe and Danielle McCann are the owners of SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas, with over 20 years of experience serving their community. They are also the franchise owners of SERVPRO locations in Irwindale, Baldwin Park, South Pasadena, San Marino, Monrovia, Duarte, and Fresno. Living locally with their three boys, the McCanns are deeply committed to the communities they serve, providing dependable support and trusted restoration services when it matters most.

Colton, Finn, and Parker are the first line of defense to handle any Residential or Large-Loss Disaster in the San Gabriel Valley or LA Basin. Joe and Dani McCann are owners and operators of SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas, Irwindale/Baldwin Park and South Pasadena/San Marino. Their three boys help provide the assurance and motivation that our customers will receive a professional and timely response when restoration services are needed.

Amir has been with SERVPRO for over 30 years. He has worked across the nation on projects ranging in size from Washington DC to Southern California. Most notably, Amir was called in to assess the Pentagon damage after 9/11. Amir is a project manager for the franchise and has devoted his life to offering the best services and expertise no matter the situation.

Lisa is our Administrative Assistant here at SERVPRO. She plays a prominent role in answering phone calls and directing customers towards the beginning of home restoration. She is welcoming so don’t hesitate to reach out to us, as Lisa will be more than happy to take your call. Lisa worked at Mercury Insurance in the Person Lines Auto department for 22 years and her specialty has always been customer service. During her time off Lisa enjoys reading, watching Netflix, and sports. She loves the Dodgers and she and her family have season tickets to USC football games.

Pete Fregoso is a Production Chief at SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas. He is responsible for inspecting & assessing jobs, as well as communicating information to customers & insurance adjusters. He has 17 years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician. Outside of work, Pete likes to spend time fishing and with his family.

Justin is one of our Estimators, Project Managers, and File Coordinators. He has been a part of our team at SERVPRO for over 8 years and helps with office and warehouse necessities. Justin helps move along the process in a swift manner while speaking with adjusters and insurance companies, submitting jobs once completed, and sending customers any documents or photos they have requested. We can safely say that he has a strong motivation to succeed. When not at work or school, he is busy assisting in being a “Bruncle” to his niece. He is a valuable asset to the team and a very friendly face!

Connie is our Director of Special Operations. She is a wife, mom of 2, French Bulldog mom, and has an strong passion for the restoration industry. She has been in the industry for over 15 years and counting, has experience with small to large losses for storm events, commercial properties, reconstruction, and more. Connie has personally experienced water damage 16 years ago, so she knows what it’s like to go through the process as a customer and someone in the business.

Diego is one of our Project Managers and has been part of our team here at SERVPRO since April of 2015. Diego has worked up and down the West Coast dealing with water and fire damage losses for years. Diego also has experience in dealing with estimates, and is skilled in using programs such as DryBook and Xactimate. In his free time, Diego enjoys going on new adventures, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.

Benjamin is our Reconstruction Manager here at SERVPRO. His duties include evaluating job sites to determine necessities. Communicating with clients and customers to ensure that they are up to date with their information, and effectively planning and executing reconstruction projects. Ben is an important member of our SERVPRO team and we are happy to have him here. During his time off Benjamin is still very active, he enjoys working out and spending time with his family and those close to him.

Genesis joined our team in July 2024 as our Human Resources Manager, bringing valuable experience from the asbestos abatement industry before transitioning into the restoration and mitigation field.

Since joining the team, Genesis has played a key role in supporting our employees, strengthening workplace culture, and helping our organization continue to grow.

Outside of work, Genesis enjoys attending sporting events, spending time at the beach, and cheering on her favorite teams—the Los Angeles Chargers and the Los Angeles Lakers. Her passion for teamwork and people extends beyond the workplace, making her a valued member of the SERVPRO family.

Brian Haney is SERVPRO’s Warehouse Coordinator, overseeing warehouse operations, vehicle management, inventory control, and supporting large loss projects. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and cooking, and proudly embraces his role as “Uncle Bri” to his nephew and three nieces.

Pablo has been with SERVPRO since January of 2016. He is one of our Production Technicians and one of our most experienced veterans. Prior to working with SERVPRO, he worked in the lead and asbestos abatement field as a supervisor. With already having abatement certifications, it is our hope to have him certified as a Lead IICRC Technician so that he may further grow his career.

Project Manager – Adrian brings over five years of experience in the mitigation industry. He joined SERVPRO in 2022 as a Restoration Technician and has since advanced into his current role as Project Manager.

Production Technician – Jacob joined SERVPRO in 2022 as a Restoration Technician and brings over three years of experience in the mitigation industry. He is committed to continued growth and professional development within his role.

Christian joined our team in March 2025 as a Restoration Technician. He holds an IICRC Certification and brings a strong commitment to quality and professionalism to his role. Outside of work, Christian enjoys off-roading in his free time.

Jessica is one of our Job File Coordinators and Estimators. She joined SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas in February of 2025. She has had a passion for restoration since she was little after losing her own home to a fire. She has experience from working in the field on jobs to running a crew in the field as a Project Manager. She also has worked in the office and makes sure everything is up to date. She has been representing the SERVPRO brand for 7 years. When she's not working, she enjoys time with her 2 little ones, John and Sophia. She enjoys fishing and listening to country music.

Beau serves as a Safety Coordinator but is known for doing it all on the job. With two years of experience in the restoration industry, he brings hands-on expertise and a strong commitment to both safety and operational excellence. Bo holds an IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration, equipping him with specialized knowledge to handle complex projects effectively. His versatility, reliability, and dedication make him a valuable asset to both his team and the clients he serves.

Jesus Ramirez is a Production Technician who is transitioning into a Contents Specialist role. He supports restoration projects by assisting with mitigation efforts, handling and organizing contents, and ensuring proper care and documentation throughout the restoration process. Jesus is dedicated to learning all aspects of the contents division and contributing to efficient, high-quality project outcomes.

Louis Garcia is a Production Technician in his first year with the restoration team. He supports mitigation and restoration efforts by assisting with job site preparation, equipment setup, and daily project tasks, and is committed to developing his skills and growing within the restoration industry.
