My downstairs bathroom flooded when the shower upstairs pipes were clogged. SERVPRO was sent out, they were very professional and very nice, the office would call and set a two hour window when they would be coming they were always on the early side of the window and did a clean job never left any trash. I worked with Nophun the most, I highly recommend him, Houston was another employee I had contact with very nice to work with also would recommend both of these gentlemen and SERVPRO for your water cleanup and restoration needs.

When our main sewer line broke and sewer water was overflowing into my home I couldn't get help from my American Home Shield, nor my regular plumber, so we called the local SERVPRO... on a Sunday. They were able to come out after a couple of hours and Nouphen and Oscar were quick, efficient, friendly and gave us confidence in the procedure.

Ok, I have some good news and some bad news. First the bad news: I recently had a second leak with water damage in my commercial building. Now for the good news: I immediately knew who to call since they took such good care of me the first time....SERVPRO OF FOUNTAIN VALLEY.
Again they rushed out and gave me a bid and quickly went to work. They were polite, responsible and professional. Paul Padilla was the first contact that I made and he immediately jumped onboard and orchestrated the entire project. He treated my situation like the emergency that it was to me. Benjamin Gutierrez and his assistant Erick were magnificent. They took care of business and worked quickly and efficiently. Rob Ahiborn was the next to help out with all of my damage. His expert Pablo finished off the rest of my repair in record time.

Ivan was exceptional. My dad had some flooding in the house we grew up in. When your house is flooded, it's stressful. Which means you tend to repeatedly ask the same questions and you're sort of slow on the uptake because your mind is spinning. Ivan was extremely patient, kind and thorough with us -- and always with a ready smile. He explained our options, how they would clean/dry everything out, told us about moisture levels in different areas, and, after assessing the water damage, explained what would need to be done (like ripping out the bottom of cabinets). Ivan has been there every day and Oscar (another great guy) joined him on most days.
When you have a stressful life event, like flooding, it is so important to have people who are there with you, working hard to fix your problem. Ivan addressed all of our concerns and always asked if we had additional questions. I cannot say enough good things about Ivan or Oscar. They both even came out when our claims adjuster was there so that they could explain things far better than we could.
