Mr. Padilla is extremely certified and knows how to properly guide you through your stressful situations. He takes his job seriously and runs this franchise to the best of his ability. His employees view him as a great leader that works hard to run his business.

Kathy is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Fountain Valley. She is the first friendly face you see when walking into the office. Many tasks are handled by her such as, accounting and human resources. Mrs. Joyner is a hard, organized worker and always stays on top of her duties while maintaining a positive attitude!

This is Cyndi. She is the Office Estimator/ Dispatcher. This is just her title, but she does a lot more than you think. From answering customer calls to preparing job file reports to monitoring and ensuring client requirements are followed, she really is kept busy! It is never too much for her to handle, she is a hard worker who spreads happiness throughout the office.
