Highly recommended. While we were out of town, our house flooded due to a break in our second floor toilet supply line. Almost every room was affected. Fortunately our insurance pointed us to SERVPRO for the remediation. They started within 1 hour of our call. Overall it took the SERVPRO Team 2 weeks to extract the water, dry out all the rooms and remove any unsalvageable items. David the project manager was on top of everything. During our first meeting he walked through the full process of the remediation and why they needed to perform each task. He was always available for any question or concerns. Also, the team works very well with the insurance providers. Ray the team lead was at our property every day. He monitored our house and the SERVPRO team. Just like David he was very informative, answered all our questions and followed up with David on any issues. SERVPRO Team - The full team was very professional, hardworking and well kept. Overall very nice to work with. Highly recommended for remediation work, especially if it is an insurance claim.
I had the unfortunate experience of a overflowed laundry machine while at the store. Came home to a waterfall in the garage, a disaster to say the least. SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills recently performed mitigation at my home where the entire first floor was flooded due to a broken pipe that occurred while we were out of town. They responded immediately removing water and beginning the drying process before we arrived home the following day. Throughout the entire mitigation process they were completely professional. Communication was great, They completed their work in a timely manner and cleaned up every day before they left. I highly recommend this SERVPRO Team if you find yourself in a similar unfortunate circumstance.
