We bought a home with a major mold/water damage/dry rot issue. It was much more extensive than most contractors have ever seen, but Arturo guided us through the process and made our home safe. He even came over last minute to attack a new small area that developed. We hope to never have a mold problem again, but if we do, we know who to call!

SERVPRO is my life saver. When I was panicking after discovering mold in my kitchen, the company immediately informed me of the steps needed to remediate the problem and sent us Ray and Scott. Ray did an outstanding job removing the molded walls and cabinets without breaking the granite countertop which is not an easy task. He answered all the questions I had and kept me informed of what he was doing. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. We passed the mold test with flying colors!!! Ray, Omar, and Lawrence from SERVPRO EDH removed moldy sheet rock and insulation from our very large garage in Pollock Pines. In a climate when it is difficult to find friendly-hard workers, these guys rocked it! Super efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The young man that came out for the estimate (Stonewall) was also very professional and pleasant. ...plus another company wanted $12,000.00 more for the same job? Next time I need similar work I'm requesting this team specifically.
