I called SERVPRO regarding treatment for mold throughout the home. I spoke with a lady by the name of Grecia. She was very professional and quick to respond to our needs. We met the very next morning so I could get a quote for the work to be done. The quote included the treatment for mold as well as an ozone treatment for the entire home and a carpet cleaning for one separate room. The technicians came out the day after Grecia gave me the quote and completed all the work within a day. The following day, Grecia met me at the house to air it out after the ozone treatment and check in with me. Everything looked fantastic and no longer had the smell of mold. Several days later, we noticed that there was some mold around the edges of the bathtub, which had been overlooked.
