This was my first time working in any capacity with a construction/restoration company. Noemy and her team made the experience effortless. She really understood my requests and was accommodating with my budget. My kitchen, bathroom, floors and walls look better than I expected. I highly recommended Servpro bellflower.
Remediate pest (rat) damage. I am extremely happy with the service provided. Multiple rooms required floor cleaning and one required carpet removal. First contact inspection and estimate was easy and professional. The actual work was done well and with minimal disruption to me and my pets. All staff were friendly and informative. I unreservedly recommend this company's services and would definitely use the again.
I have nothing but praise for this company. The project manager was easy to work with. The workers were meticulous and careful. They showed up when expected and when finished for the day they made sure their area was clean before they left. When a repair to the ceiling did not look perfect, they redid it until it was. I would highly recommend them.
We had an unfortunate problem with a water leak in our condominium and hired ServPro/Bellflower who did an excellent job with the mold remediation. Noemy was our lead company contact and she managed the job seamlessly. We also used them to remodel the master bathroom that was damaged by the mold and they did a very professional and beautiful job.
