Noemy is our dedicated Project Manager and a true multitasker who wears many hats. Her primary role is overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Restoration Technician (Contents & Pack-Out)

Frankie specializes in contents handling and pack-outs. With a careful and detail-oriented approach, he ensures that customers’ personal belongings are properly inventoried, packed, and protected during restoration projects. Frankie’s professionalism, care, and respect for each client’s property make him a trusted presence in the field. His expertise plays a vital role in helping customers feel at ease during stressful situations.

Senior Job File Coordinator

Reyna bringing experience, organization, and leadership to the heart of our administrative operations. She oversees job documentation from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Known for her attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Reyna plays a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly behind the scenes. Her dedication and efficiency make her an invaluable part of our team.

Financial Coordinator Apprentice

Angel is currently studying Business and Accounting at USC. While gaining hands-on experience in financial management, he assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records. Angel is eager to apply his academic knowledge to real-world situations. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for finance, he is an invaluable part of the team as he continues to develop his skills and expertise.

Receptionist/Dispatcher

As the first point of contact for our customers, Isela plays a vital role as our Receptionist and Dispatcher. With excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming attitude, she ensures that every call is handled promptly and professionally. Isela coordinates the daily schedule for our field teams, making sure jobs are dispatched efficiently and customers are kept informed every step of the way. Her organization, multitasking abilities, and customer-first mindset make her an essential part of our team’s success.

Field Technician (Retired)

Guadalupe, aka "Don Lupe" is one of our most valued field technicians, always ready to greet you with a warm smile and a helping hand. With many years of experience in both the construction and cleaning/restoration industries, he brings reliability, expertise, and heart to every project he works on.

Update (2023): We want to take a moment to recognize and thank Don Lupe for his incredible dedication and service to the company. He continues to be deeply appreciated by his teammates and the entire team. Don Lupe is now enjoying retirement in Mexico, and we wish him nothing but the best in this next chapter of life—may it be filled with joy, good health, and well-deserved relaxation.
