Great service, have used ServPro several times and they are always professional and fast. Elgie was exceptional to work with and is literally the best!!

Overall it was a good experience. Russell was friendly, communicative, and hardworking. The mitigation of smell was successful and they definitely deep cleaned every nook and cranny. The only complaint I would say we had would be that a couple of our rugs were left pretty dirty after the fact due to heavy foot traffic over the week. That and the fact it seemed very expensive to not even do any steam cleaning or anything with our sofas. But again, overall extremely happy with the sense of restored cleanliness and fresh air around the house.
