We also put foam blocks underneath the legs of the furniture to prevent further water damage. We will then proceed to come back everyday or every other day (depending on your schedule) to monitor the drying process. This means if there was little to no drying we would place more equipment or if there was an extreme amount of drying we would remove some/all of the equipment. Josh and his crew are the best! We had an upstairs bathtub overflow through the floor to the downstairs bathroom and garage. Josh was able to come to the rescue very quickly despite it being a very busy time for him. They showed me IR photos proving the water had been removed, and they put everything back as good or better than it was originally, even cleaning the carpets for us. I panicked. An intake valve of an upstairs toilet failed. Water was gushing out of the pipe all over the condo and garage. I needed it addressed immediately. I looked for Rehab services and saw SERVPRO as an option. I had seen their organization in action during another flood at a storage facility. They were professional and tolerant of the emotions of lives turned upside down. I called. Josh had his crew out there in an hour and half. There were issues with the electricity, tenants, belongings, out of state owner, and numerous other obstacles. A few weeks ago I had my air ducts cleaned and was told we had mold in our air handler. Realizing how serious this was for my family and I, immediately made an appointment to have my house tested. Sure enough we find out we not only have mold but black mold which is highly toxic. The mold test company referred me to SERVPRO and be me in connection with Josh Alcorn. Josh went above and beyond my expectations! He answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind that him and his team would assist us in anyway possible. After we had our air handler replaced by an HVAC company, Josh sent his team out to complete the cleaning process. Tyler and the other gentleman who came were all very professional and friendly. They took the time to walk around the house with me as I shared my concerns and what all I wanted done. They spent several hours here vacuuming the walls with HEPA vacuum and even our mattresses as well as fogged our rooms with antimicrobial solution to clear our air from any harm for mold spores. Throughout my experience with them they have been nothing but accommodating and extremely helpful . I would recommend this company to anyone for all of their mold remediation needs.
