They promised us a timeline and worked very hard to make it. Josh took utmost care to check with us on the progress, even sent me emails with progress pictures regularly when I was travelling out of town. Our requests for modifications were well documented, correctly priced and delivered on time.

The guys that came down to lay the tiles, carpet, fix dry-wall and paint were all so professional. They come on time, do the job right, clean-up every day and leave on time.

Most of all, I never had to follow up once for what was supposed to do, everything worked like clock-work. Josh and his crew are the best! We had an upstairs bathtub overflow through the floor to the downstairs bathroom and garage. Josh was able to come to the rescue very quickly despite it being a very busy time for him. They showed me IR photos proving the water had been removed, and they put everything back as good or better than it was originally, even cleaning the carpets for us.
