The team members of SERVPRO Team Gatz are highly trained in restoration, remediation and claims processing. Our goal is to offer superior customer service with a focus on efficiency and professionalism. Our Technician undergo extensive training and have years of experience in various facets of cleaning, restoration, remediation, and reconstruction. We are an IICRC Certified Firm for Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Mold Certification, Asbestos Abatement, Lead Renovator Certification and Bio Hazard Certification.

Mark Gatz is the owner of SERVPRO Team Gatz. In previous years, he has worked with startups, family offices, and numerous other entrepreneurs on process development, scaling operations for expansion, business development, customer service, and sales. Mark has brought several startups to success in various vertical markets which are still thriving today. He specializes in the expansion and streamlining of services and operational efficiencies for large scale growth.

Mark has overseen and managed restoration and construction projects for both commercial and residential customers. He is connected with local Gilbert & Mesa, Arizona city officials and inspectors dealing with construction permitting, inspections, and zoning. Mark serves as an HOA board member with a focused mandate on irrigation systems and is active in his local community.

Rosie Flores is the Office Manager for SERVPRO Team Gatz. Rosie has been with SERVPRO since 2012 and is a crucial element of our team. She works closely with our Customers, Insurance agents and adjusters, commercial clients, and homeowners, educating and sharing the services our SERVPRO Franchise has to offer.

In her free time, Rosie enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

When asked why she enjoys working for SERVPRO Rose states "I enjoy working at SERVPRO because I'm proud for the service we provide! I meet a lot of wonderful people every day!"

Julie is a Lead Production Technician for SERVPRO of Gilbert, Chandler South, Ahwatukee and South Tempe. Before coming to work with us, she worked as a painter for three years. She is a great member of our team with a strong work ethic.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys composing and performing music as well as participating in sports, specifically soccer. She also loves to spend time with her dog Whitey.

Maria is a technician at SERVPRO of Gilbert, Chandler South, Ahwatukee and South Tempe with four years of experience within the franchise. Familiar with an array of cleaning and restoration practices from disinfection to demolition, she is a highly capable individual with a wealth of knowledge. One of the things Maria appreciates most about working at SERVPRO is the people she works alongside; kind and hard-working individuals who create a tight-knit culture that makes our franchise unique.

At home, Maria has 2 pets, Bruno and Junior. She enjoys spending time with them as well as her family, including three kids and five grandchildren. Additionally, she often goes on camping trips for a fun and relaxing weekend away.

Maria, also known as Mara, is a SERVPRO Technician with two years of experience in cleaning and restoration. She understands the impact damage to properties can have on the owner. When asked why she enjoys working at SERVPRO, Mara said that it’s “because every day we are helping people solve problems they face in their homes and businesses”. Her compassion paired with an impressive knowledge of the field and a go-getter attitude makes her an amazing member of the SERVPRO of Gilbert, Chandler South, Ahwatukee and South Tempe team.

In her spare time, Mara enjoys cinema, Italian food, shopping, and walking her dogs. In addition to two dogs, she also has many cats and makes concerted efforts to help save animals in her community.
