Sam is part owner of SERVPRO of Casa Grande. He has been in this field for more than seventeen years. Prior to this he was in the environmental field.
Sam has certifications in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration), plus Reets Drying Academy, Contractor Supervisor from the Asbestos Institute, Lead 40CFR part 745.225, Subrogation I, Blood Borne Pathogens and numerous other OSHA courses.
He continues his education and certifications and stays up to date on each.
Through his years of experience in many facets of this industry, he has given SERVPRO of Casa Grande an impeccable reputation among our many clients, as well as insurance agents and adjusters.
He works closely with insurance adjusters to help each customer get the individual service they deserve.

Austin is a long time employee of 8 years and has been overseeing numerous jobs since his return from his service in the military.

I cant say enough positive things about this franchise and its crew. Bj, Alexiz, Preskitt, Ethan, Junior and Andrew all did a fantastic job. Within 90 minutes of learning I had an interior flood from a leaking toilet, SERVPRO arrived and took control of the cleanup by removing carpet and flooring, cabinets and furniture as well as personal possessions. They handled arrangements for a secure storage container on site and al of the furnishings that needed to be removed were stored in the container so the home could be prepared for restoration. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the company and the crew I felt 100% confident to have them oversee the restoration of my home. Cant say enough positive thins from all whom I encountered; including office staff Jennifer and leadership team who were on the job to make sure everything that needed to be done was completed efficiently and timely. Their level of care and involvement gave me peace of mind as an out of town owner that i was in very good hands. Id highly recommend this company for disaster cleanup or any other renovation project. We had a pipe break that caused water damage to our home, and the SERVPRO team was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every time we called they were here promptly to address our concerns. Their quick response and professionalism immediately put us at ease. They walked us through everything with our insurance adjuster and even handled the conversations for us because I was so upset and nervous. They worked directly with the insurance company on our behalf, coordinated subcontractors, and even helped arrange additional out-of-pocket projects we wanted done. Jen in the office was fantastic at keeping communication smooth, and Sam and BJ truly went above and beyond on all dealings we had with them.
