The idea of TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER is more than just an idea or lip service - it is the norm & what is expected on every job. Superior customer service is interwoven in to every aspect of this business. I was proud to wear (and drive) the SERVPRO logo. And I was blessed to work for a Christian lead company who's morning planning meeting is bathed in scripture and prayer. Additionally, I saw first-hand how WATER, FIRE & MOLD CLEAN UP/MITIGATION & RESTORATION is done and done right - the first time. And most recently, COVID-19 cleaning as well. And this aspect of the business starts at the corporate level and is instilled in to each franchise. The restoration business is a science.
