I am writing this review from an employee perspective. Until recently making a career change, I worked for SERVPRO of Fayetteville Springdale for 3 years & 7 months. From the Fields family to management and the office staff, technicians & marketing team - everyone is of high character and work ethic. This is a finely tuned and well run organization. Additionally, I saw first-hand how WATER, FIRE & MOLD CLEAN UP/MITIGATION & RESTORATION is done and done right - the first time. And most recently, COVID-19 cleaning as well. And this aspect of the business starts at the corporate level and is instilled in to each franchise. The restoration business is a science.
