Tray serves as a Crew Chief, leading mitigation projects from start to finish. He oversees on-site operations, ensures proper restoration procedures are followed, and keeps projects moving efficiently.

Dakota leads restoration projects with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and team coordination. As a Crew Chief, he ensures each job site is properly set up, documentation is accurate, and mitigation procedures are executed thoroughly.

Carissa serves as our Shared Services Manager, focused on maintaining consistency, accuracy, and quality across all restoration projects. She ensures every job meets IICRC standards and company guidelines while keeping documentation thorough and compliant. Carissa’s dedication to precision and process excellence supports our team’s commitment to reliable, high-quality results.

Nick is our Senior Construction Project Manager, bringing years of construction expertise and IICRC certification to every restoration and rebuild. He manages projects with a focus on quality, timing, and budget, ensuring customers receive professional results from start to finish. Nick also coordinates closely with insurance providers to make the process smooth and straightforward.

Amare plays a key role in our mitigation team, responding quickly to water, fire, and storm damage situations. He is dedicated to restoring properties safely and efficiently

Ashley is our Construction Coordinator, ensuring projects stay organized and communication flows smoothly between customers, crews, and insurance providers. She oversees scheduling, documentation, and client updates with professionalism and care. Known for her friendly approach and strong customer service skills, Ashley helps make each project efficient and worry-free.

Melissa is our Job File Coordinator keeping track of all the details in each job between the crew and adjustors.

Becky is our Finance Manager, dedicated to accuracy, transparency, and great customer service. She oversees billing and financial coordination for every project, ensuring customers understand each step of the process. With her organization and attention to detail, Becky helps keep projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
