Their are not enough stars on your site to let you know how amazing & wonderful your employee's are. They come in with respect & help to clean up any mess that is put before them. They showed only love, concern & to do what was needed plus above & beyond. They treated myself, my home & "- my things" as all valuables & treasures. They cleaned, cleaned again & wrapped items with such love & care. The time they spent was professional, . loving & caring that eased this fire damage tragedy into a response that it will be OK, it can be cleaned, replaced & gave their own heart & soul to make it whole once again. I will forever be indebted to them for being my angels of mercy & taking total care of me , my home & all my things. Greg Lory delivered excellent customer service during a fire damage restoration project on my duplex in Beloit, WI. He provided prompt and efficient communication throughout the whole project. I can’t say enough about the promptness and courtesy of the entire staff after rain got into my basement saturating my carpet and overflowing into the cement part of my basement. They were in and out quickly and followed up over the next three days checking on the equipment they had left behind to complete the dry out process.
