About Us
SERVPRO of Rock County was established by owners passionate about making a difference in their customers' lives. We understand the stress and worry that comes with fire or water damage and the disruption it causes. Our goal is to minimize the interruption to your home or business and quickly make it "Like it never even happened."
Timothy Weber is our co-owner and President. After working in the industry for over 20 years for his family’s business, he has developed a love for the industry and has joined the SERVPRO brand. His credentials earned from the IICRC are many and impressive, giving him the expertise needed to lead the SERVPRO team.
Alicia Weber is our co-owner and Vice President. She has managed the business finances since taking over with her husband, using her accounting knowledge and business background.

I can’t say enough about the promptness and courtesy of the entire staff after rain got into my basement saturating my carpet and overflowing into the cement part of my basement. Christian and Brandon were amazing when they arrived for cleanup. They were in and out quickly and followed up over the next three days checking on the equipment they had left behind to complete the dry out process. Christian in particular was outstanding on his return visits. Highly recommend this company based on service received.
We experienced a 15,000 square foot water loss due to a sprinkler pipe busting in our homeless veterans program. ServPro showed up quickly with their equipment and began mitigating our loss. They also took the lead with the insurance company and quickly began working on getting our veterans back into their space. It was a major undertaking with many moving parts and complications. They adapted and overcame each with relative ease. I was toughly impressed with abilities in both water remediation and general construction to get it back to "like it never even happened." Dahlton, Denise, Bubba, Christian, and Brice showed up on a Friday night right after we called and jumped right into it. From the first night until the final clean up, they each were geared toward customer satisfaction and making sure that we were happy with each room and each piece of property in the entire area. They methodically cleaned and constantly communicated and received feedback. Dahlton kept us in the loop on every detail of the remediation and final clean up. He handled everything the exact way we wanted. Tim oversaw most of the construction and insurance negotiating marvelously. We could not be happier with the process or the results with our physical building as well as their hands on involvement streamlining the process with the insurance company.
