In mid-April, a pipe cracked in my apartment, which resulted in a big water mess in both my HVAC closet and bathroom. SERVPRO of North Kenosha County came out shortly after the incident (and it was after 10 p.m. on a Monday night!), assessed the damage and quickly set up equipment to dry out the floor and walls. In the following four days, SERVPRO came daily to check on the equipment and extract water from the walls.
This was the first time I’ve ever had to deal with a restoration company and I would definitely recommend this one. Everyone I worked with at SERVPRO was knowledgeable, efficient and just generally really, really nice people. Marco, the owner, came out on the first night and explained everything that was going to happen. He was really compassionate, as I was stressed about the situation. Johan, Myron and some other members of their crew came out on the days to follow, and they always showed up at the time they promised. Johan and Myron were very polite, and Myron always asked how I was doing. They worked really efficiently, and Johan was great at communicating by taking the time to explain to me what they were doing. I also called the office once and their marketing rep Rachel was also super nice.
I hope I never have to deal with something like this again, but if I did, I would definitely use this company—and this Kenosha location in particular—again.
