Very professional, both in dealing with the technicians or the office. I had 2 water pipes break when I was away from the house for the winter. The entire first floor was destroyed as was the basement. SERVPRO north Kenosha was there and cleaning up the water and dismantling as soon as the insurance adjuster ok'd my coverage. I spoke with Johan regarding the water/cleanup, and was advised to contact my home insurance company to see if water damage was covered and then call back. The team Johan and Ryan were great! The response time was within 24 hours and the job was done well. The price was reasonable too. How many companies would advise you to check and see if insurance covered the damage? My opinion is not many. Take the $$$ and run. SERVPRO will be my only way to go if restoration is needed here.
