I want to thank the guys who helped with my flooding issues living room and a bedroom. The day I called, 2 guys (I believe Allan & AJ) were out later that day to remove the wet carpet and padding and place protective plastic and made sure it wasn't a tripping hazard for me by taping it down. They also had 4 fans and a dehumidifier running to help dry the cement and walls. They were polite, professional, but most of all caring! (It wasn't a good day for me--overwhelmed with health issues and the water issues.) They promised everytime I see them they will be wearing smiles! So not only were they doing their job, they also were trying to make me feel better! The next day (I believe) it was AJ and Thomas, again very professional and caring. AJ took care of someone to contact me for information, which I had been waiting for! Today the Project Manager, (Tray) was out. A great, caring guy who explained and answered alot of my questions. He also gave me the best news ever--the loud fans would be leaving, as it appeared everything was dry! Again guys thanks for everything! Great Team! I appreciate it! Susie

Allan & Melvin came in about 2 weeks ago and I totally forgot to give those guys a review!! My carpets needed to be cleaned from my kids and called SERVPRO. They came out the next day & they really were fast & just the way they made my house smell and feel so much better really made my day !! Thank you guys !!
