After the shock of realizing the basement had backed up with raw sewage & not having a clue as to how to handle the disaster the insurance company suggested SERPRO. They were at the house & on the job the following day . They were here everyday until the job was complete. We were informed on a regular basis as to what they were doing & going to do . It was an awful job that I wouldn't wish on anyone . Their positive & caring attitudes were key in our comfort that the job was being done right .
