Our History

Owners Tom & Beth Hanaman realized their dream of owning a SERVPRO franchise when they purchased SERVPRO of Eau Claire in 2010, after many years of working in restoration under another franchise owner. Their children grew up in the restoration industry and now they are proud to employ one of their daughters, Abbigayle, as Operations Manager. Abbigayle has worked her way up within the company from production technician to office admin, then marketing, and now managing daily operations in the office. 

Committed to Our Community

We are a proud sponsor of an annual charity golf outing to help support a community non-profit.  Our golf event has benefited organizations such as Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin, Boys & Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley, Feed My People Food Bank and Bolton Refuge House. We believe in giving back to our community and helping our neighbors. 

We are members of the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber as well as the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce. We proudly support our community by participating in the area holiday parades as well.
