Carlos and Mike came to my home on 6/23/26 to mitigate water damage, drying out & preventing mold formation to carpet & underlayment on 2 levels, lower level ceiling tiles, and a small area of main floor ceiling. They were outstanding and cooperative. Everything was dried out in 2 days, and the affected pad & underlayment were removed on the first day. I give them an A plus.

Water mitigation

RJ, Jerry and Carlos did an amazing job in my house. Very professional, treated our possessions like they were their own.

Very pleased with the service from start to finish. They removed the soaked carpet as well as a couch & chair. Everything was very clean when finished. Carlos, Mike & Gerardo were our team. Courteous, professional and polite. Carlos is the crew chief and made sure all our questions were answered, valuable employee.

Servpro came out to get my basement cleaned up after we had a water leak. Tyler, the crew chief, was extremely communicative during the entire process of removing the water from the wall and floor, drying out the carpet, carpet cleaning the the whole basement and even removed some spots that previous carpet cleaners couldn’t. They also managed all of the communication with AllState for us which took a significant amount of time. While I would have rather not had the mess at all, their quick and thorough assessment and remediation helped keep this from being a bigger mess. Highly recommend!
