SERVPRO came into our lives during one of the most stressful and overwhelming experiences our family has gone through. Kainan Jennings has been involved in all aspects of this project and has truly been exceptional. Demo, mitigation, communication — he has done it all, and done it with professionalism, empathy, and heart. Kainan consistently showed up with a positive attitude despite the difficult circumstances surrounding the job. He treated us like people first and clients second. In a process that can feel cold and clinical, he brought humanity into it, and we will not forget that. Kilye Graves deserves special recognition not only for demolition and water mitigation work, but for communication. When you are living through home damage, communication becomes incredibly important because there are so many unknowns. Kyle consistently helped bridge that gap. Questions were answered, updates were given, and there was a genuine sense that he cared about what we were experiencing — not just the project itself. That empathy and willingness to communicate helped lower stress levels for our entire family. Mackenzie King worked on the demolition portion of our project, and I cannot say enough good things. Demo work is hard, messy, physically demanding work, yet Mackenzie approached everything with professionalism and care. When your home is being taken apart around you, you feel vulnerable, and Mackenzie always treated both us and our home with respect. There was never a feeling that this was “just another job.” That kindness mattered more than she probably realizes. Carlos Reys-Mendoza worked on both demolition and water mitigation, and his work ethic and calm presence stood out immediately. Water damage mitigation is one of those things homeowners hope they never have to learn about, and Carlos helped make a frightening process feel manageable. He worked hard, was thorough, and helped restore confidence that our home was being taken care of correctly. During a very emotional time, that reassurance means everything. SERVPRO should be incredibly proud of this team. Technical skill is important, but compassion cannot be taught, and this team has both. They helped us through one of the hardest home experiences we have ever had, and we are deeply grateful. Thank you all for the care you showed our family.
