On the evening of February 24th I had a fire sprinkler activate that flooded my condo master suite (bedroom, bathroom and closet) as well as the same area in the condo below me and a garage ceiling below that. Only a fireman can turn these sprinklers OFF. They suggested I call SERVPRO of Lynnwood. The dispatcher was prompt and told me she would send a local crew which were here within 30 minutes. They vacuumed up the water, removed soaked carpet pad and began the drying out process which lasted a week. Matthew, the Project Manager came the second day to assess what needed to be done as his crew was monitoring moisture levels everywhere. Matthew kept in touch, responded quickly and allayed any fears I had about the process. I must thank all the guys on the crew who were here; being polite and respectful of my home. Especially Maximo and his helper the first night, then Juan and his son and Maximo all the following week. These guys worked SO HARD and I am very grateful for them. I can honestly recommend this company to anyone.

Our water main backed up and flooded our main floor bathroom and hallway. Dave did a great job getting his crew to my house quickly and kept me informed throughout the week. They made a tough situation bearable and crew was friendly and professional

During one of the most stressful events of my life, this company (and in particular Dave Moll), came to our rescue as they saved several rooms of our and quite frankly our sanity. Their response time was amazing! Within an hour after our call to them, they had their technicians setting up equipment and drying out water damage. In addition to their rapid response time, they were so KIND, understanding, had patience for my high stress level and my 1 million questions and concerns. It was evident to me that this company cares about their customers and I was so much more than just another business transaction to them.

These guys are fast, professional, courteous, and trustworthy. Sewage overflowed in our basement while away. Kyle and crew were there within a couple hours and cleaned it all up as if it never happened. Sanitized, dry walls removed, dehumidified, contents packed, and all of this happened within a few days. I felt comfortable enough trusting them with a key so I didn't have to take time off of work. Dan, the project manager, kept in touch throughput working with my insurance claims agent. All went smoothly. Hopefully never have to call again, but these guys would be my first choice.
