Questions were answered, updates were given, and there was a genuine sense that he cared about what we were experiencing — not just the project itself. That empathy and willingness to communicate helped lower stress levels for our entire family. Mackenzie King worked on the demolition portion of our project, and I cannot say enough good things. Demo work is hard, messy, physically demanding work, yet Mackenzie approached everything with professionalism and care. There was never a feeling that this was “just another job.” That kindness mattered more than she probably realizes. He worked hard, was thorough, and helped restore confidence that our home was being taken care of correctly. During a very emotional time, that reassurance means everything.
