Meet Our Team

Jenilee comes from 18 plus years in the construction industry. She also has bookkeeping experience, office management experience and is a certified water technician. She is an expert at Xactimate and is looking forward to being involved with the auditing process. What she enjoys most about SERVPRO is being a part of her team. She likes to use her life experience and knowledge to assist her teammates in every way she can.

Karen has been a vital member of our SERVPRO team since we were established in 2008. Her experience has helped our company grow and expand over the years. Karen is a graduate of the University of California Irvine and a registered and licensed tax practitioner with 30 years of experience in the accounting field. We trust her with all of our accounting needs and are very grateful for her integral role in the company. Karen enjoys traveling in her free time.

Courtney Olson is our Sales and Marketing Manager and has been with the SERVPRO of Lynnwood Team since 2012. She is a representative for the Insurance and Property Management industries and enjoys performing inspections for clients. Courtney holds her IICRC certifications in WRT and Biohazard Cleaning. In her free time she serves on the board committees for King County NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and WSCAI (Washington State Community Associations Institute).

Juan started with our team in 2014 and has been a great asset with his many years of experience in restoration including certifications in WRT, ASD, Lead and Asbestos. Juan responds day and night to emergencies and is always reliable, kind and an expert in his craft.

Derek started with our team in 2019 and has done an excellent job with making customers feel confident and worry-free. Derek has been a huge help during the COVID-19 decontamination projects and always goes above and beyond to get the job done. He is working toward his WRT certification and looks forward to assisting on many more job sites.

Armando has been with our SERVPRO team since 2010, he is a very dedicated and loyal employee. From commercial to residential losses Armando has always been a reliable leader for our team and continues to impress us with his hard work and determination.
