My elderly mother had a flood in her basement in October. Servpro came in immediately and began restoring the basement and arranged for asbestos abatement. This was all done professionally and in a timely manner. In addition, Jessica from servpro noticed my mother was not steady on her feet and out of sorts on one of her visits to the house. Jessica not only called me immediately (I live in Portland) to tell me what was going on, but she took my mom to the hospital and stayed with her all day there. I can't thank Jessica and Servpro enough for being there for my mom when I couldn't! I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them.

SERVEPRO performed a miracle job on our new home. We bought a house that had not been lived in for a year. During that time a new wood floor had been put in with a Swedish wood finish. Upon moving in, I found the chemical outgassing of the wood floor finish was more than I could handle for more than 2 hours inside the home. Obviously a big problem. My neighbor suggested an ozone treatment and recommended SERVEPRO. Robert (whom I refer to as the Magic Man) came out and looked at what needed to be done. It took 2 treatments to get the house to where I can spend the whole day inside and not be affected. The air in the house now feels clean and free of chemical toxins. Robert was a dream to work with, genuinely interested and knowledgeable about what needed to be done after listening to my needs. His concern that our house was to our satisfaction was evident. I am so thankful to him and SERVEPRO, words don't say enough.

Jessica and Ben did a wonderful job cleaning th crawl space. It went from gross to new. We love them and will hire for any issues. 100% trust and love how they do business

The Mitigation Team was excellent! I had a frozen pipe with major flooding through half of my house. They responded quickly and a great job. Everyone was helpful but three people stand out. Jessica, Jason and Donna. Jessica is very good at managing people and logistics and equipment. She is a clear and timely communicator and very pleasant to deal with. My floors took extra time to dry and she was helpful and informative throughout. Jason did the bulk of the cleanup process and used his ingenuity and creativity to solve some unusual drying problems. Donna is already famous for being a GREAT packer and left me boxes with very easy to understand labels. I enjoyed working with all of them. I will review the Reconstruction Team when that work is complete
