Mr. Kelly – I would like to call to your attention the outstanding service provided by your employees in assisting my wife and me to get back into our home. In March 2018 a tree fell on our house causing extensive damage and resulting in SERVPRO removing house contents and storing our furniture and personal effects for over one year.
Our insurance provider approved assistance by SERVPRO to move our furniture and effects back into our house. This move took place in late March and early April of this year. Your staff did an outstanding job in scheduling and supervising this project. They exercised courtesy and patience, as well as competence, in coordinating the return, working through much difficulty as to when our contractor would have our house ready for occupancy.
The return lasted 5 days and, in addition to furniture, consisted of 664 boxes of personal effects. The employees delivered, unpacked and helped replace many items. They were prompt, dependable and totally cooperative. They should be commended for their cheerful, positive attitude in handling an extremely difficult job. They went out of their way in their efforts to return our home to its original state. We really don’t know what we would have done without them. You are fortunate to have such high caliber employees. Please convey to them our appreciation for a job really well done.
