As one of the long standing, highly reputable restoration companies in Virginia, SERVPRO of Winchester has been delivering uncompromising quality services to our customers for almost 30 years. During this time, we have built a team with exceptional knowledge in not only water and fire mitigation, but also mold remediation.
Under new ownership led by Bill and Jennifer Warnecki they are taking SERVPRO of Winchester to the next level in customer service and client interaction. Accumulating 50+ combined years of experience in other industries, they are constantly working on team development as the cornerstone in customer relations. The premise is if the team truly understands the environment that the client is experiencing during a loss, they can be more sympathetic and empathetic guiding them through the process.

ServPro was absolutely incredible during a very stressful time. After my condo flooded due to a burst water tank, they handled both the remediation and reconstruction process with professionalism and care. Martin and Katia were instrumental during the water and mold remediation phase. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, taking the time to explain the process and ensure everything was handled properly and safely. ServPro Virginia - We had a major pipe burst in a rental townhouse in Alexandria VA, on a Sunday morning. ServPro answered the phone immediately and quickly sent a crew out to mitigate further damage. They put out fans, dehumidifiers, took down the wet dry wall ceilings, removed damaged drywall and flooring and cleaned up the area. They were exceptional, and this is the 3rd time I've used ServPro for rental property water damage. Each time, they go above and beyond. They are timely and responsive. Please ask them to send you the report and the bill sent to your insurance agency for your own records.

This review is for the initial response to our water damage event. The initial contact with SERVPRO of Winchester was very fast after a referral from our insurance. The dispatcher, Karen was very courteous, professional and thorough in explaining what to expect and when to expect it. She quickly sent a follow-up email to confirm what we discussed on the phone. The initial response team led by Francisco arrived when expected. Francisco provided a brief explanation of what his team would do, and he inspected the damaged areas, and took photos. He then briefed his team and they quickly went to work removing the damaged building materials while protecting the undamaged areas and our furniture and belongings. The whole process including the drying and dehumidifying took about five days. Francisco was always available via phone if we had questions or concerns. At all times, the team performed efficiently, courteously and very professionally. We hope we never need this type of service again, but if we do, we won't hesitate to call SERVPRO of Winchester.
