He brings a wealth of knowledge not only operationally, but in talent acquisition. Jennifer spent the past 15 years as a commercial property manager overseeing large portfolios and high security buildings. That experience gave her the necessary credentials to lead our reconstruction component. Together they have a tremendous amount of experience not only in human resources, but also in operational processes. The core team has worked together for more than 5 years and have built a culture of delivering exemplary service to our customers.
