In 2021 the franchise was acquired by Bill and Jennifer Warnecki. After nearly 30 years in the commercial cleaning Industry, Bill made the move to restoration. He brings a wealth of knowledge not only operationally, but in talent acquisition. Jennifer spent the past 15 years as a commercial property manager overseeing large portfolios and high security buildings. That experience gave her the necessary credentials to lead our reconstruction component. Together they have a tremendous amount of experience not only in human resources, but also in operational processes. The core team has worked together for more than 5 years and have built a culture of delivering exemplary service to our customers. The five star experience is successful through focusing on supporting and elevating our employees at every opportunity.
