With over seven years of experience in the construction industry and certifications in Water Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), CPR, and jobsite safety, she brings a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset to every challenge. Based in Woodbine, MD, Kelly juggles her professional life with raising her children, spending time with her grandchild, and caring for her beloved pets. A former yoga instructor and proud fan of fish tacos, she thrives on learning new skills and supporting customers through tough times with compassion and professionalism.

After having a fire and waterline break at my home on Feb 1st the insurance company contacted SERVPRO and they were there the next day working to clean up the water and dehumidifying my home. Oh my goodness, I developed a huge water leak from my bathroom to my kitchen. A bit panicked as I had never experienced anything like this. After calling my insurance company SERVPRO arrived within hours. They walked me thru the entire process. Trey and Ivory were so awesome, fun, kind, patient, and delivered exceptional customer service. They have a customer for life.

After a supply line to a toilet burst and flooded all 3 floors of our home, SERVPRO (Brady) was here in less than 2 hours- on a weekend! Brady was excellent to work with and always kept us informed.
