Zenden is the star of this show. I would use this company again, if I needed to. Communication with the company was OK. They do answer questions promptly. Giving a schedule of work was hit and miss though. Helen was very responsive and Zenden went above and beyond for customer satisfaction, in my opinion.

When my basement flooded from an old water heater leaking, the guys at Servpro were out to my house the same day I called them. They had all the damaged materials out of there and equipment set up to dry everything out within a few hours. They saved me a lot of stress and headaches and couldn't have been nicer andore professional.

I don't think I would have gotten through the damage done to my basement without ServPro. Absolutely the best people when you are dealing with a major flood or leak, mold damage, really anything, they are the people you go to for help. The cleanup and removal of damaged items was extensive and I needed them for months of help with water removal given the delayed issues with repairs due to a snowstorm. Emotionally it's hard enough to deal with such damage, I basically lost everything I had stored in the basement, and they are there to take action, fix the problem, and offer the support needed to get you through it.

Over this cold winter my elderly parents had frozen pipes to burst and flooded their finished basement. Servpro came within an hour of my call. They came everyday for 2 weeks monitoring moisture and then removed all the wet carpets and 2 feet of damaged drywall. They worked tirelessly and were so professional and respectful of my parents. Everyone I have talked to, including office staff have been so kind and helpful. A huge thank you to this team of hardworking. My family and I highly recommend using this company!
