I am way overdue on writing this review. We got our rental completed by these guys earlier this year. It did take a little longer than expected but it was honestly all saved and taken care of by Stephen! I don’t have his last name but he was amazing to work with. His communication was a dream come true and his organization is a girls fantasy! Loved working with him and he made this terrifying experience a manageable one for us. Stephen also handled our tenant like a champ too! Haha. If I need to use these guys again, I’m personally asking for Stephen to be our coordinator. Thank!

Thursday night we had an unexpected sewer backup which flowed out of the commode onto the floor and into the laundry room, an office & den. Finally through a wall and into our shop & storage area. It was shocking to say the least! I contacted our insurance company and within 90 minutes a field manager arrived and surveyed the entire damaged areas with a digital 360 degree camera which automatically measured each area. About 90 minutes later a clean up team of 3 arrived. Zulay, Jose and team leader Wilber did an excellent job from start to finish on what I call a daunting task. Today we have about 10 industrial fans and 4 industrial dehumidifiers sucking the water out of the air and drying the floors walls & baseboards. A big job done well from the Servpro dispatcher to Hampton McClellan the field manager to the cleanup team Wilber, Zulay and Jose. I highly recommend Servpro if you ever have a plumbing or other emergency in your home.
The team of Wilbur and Leindro and Bobby did a wonderful job cleaning all the dust from a paint removal job at our home. They went above and beyond to clean and were extremely professionally.

Servpro did a great job drying out our bathroom after a leak and then rebuilding it. After another company only partially dried the water and called it complete, ServPro came in and dried everything much more thoroughly. Their pricing was fair and the teams were professional. Having experience with multiple drying companies in the area, I recommend ServPro.
