Thursday night we had an unexpected sewer backup which flowed out of the commode onto the floor and into the laundry room, an office & den. Finally through a wall and into our shop & storage area. It was shocking to say the least! I contacted our insurance company and within 90 minutes a field manager arrived and surveyed the entire damaged areas with a digital 360 degree camera which automatically measured each area. About 90 minutes later a clean up team of 3 arrived. Zulay, Jose and team leader Wilber did an excellent job from start to finish on what I call a daunting task. Today we have about 10 industrial fans and 4 industrial dehumidifiers sucking the water out of the air and drying the floors walls & baseboards. A big job done well from the Servpro dispatcher to Hampton McClellan the field manager to the cleanup team Wilber, Zulay and Jose. I highly recommend Servpro if you ever have a plumbing or other emergency in your home.
