When I came home from a weekend away to find 7.5 inches of water in my basement, I was like a deer in the headlights. Thankfully Kendrick and Darius were assigned to my project. They were so professional and kind and very patient with me throughout the process. I am sure I was not always the easiest client to deal with, but their kindness never wavered. They approached the project with a plan and made steady progress until my basement was clean, dry and ready for renovation. Carpet was dried and pulled out, then subfloor, then waterlogged paneling and sheet rock. They removed damaged contents and helped to catalog the loss.
