SERVPRO is who you call for any water damage. My parents used them years ago when the basement of their house flooded and they had a positive experience. Just recently I called SERVPRO for my parents when they suspected some additional water damage downstairs and they came in quickly, assessed the situation, and took all the necessary steps to minimize damages, and repair it back to normal. My parents were happy with the service so I figured I should write about it!
SERVPRO was quick to respond to our roof leak. They made sure the leak would stop and got us all dried up. Their work was fast, efficient and clean. Each worker we had come to our house knew the business and were pleasant to speak with. We will be using them again, should another issue arise.
I can't thank SERVPRO enough! I had a water leak that caused a fair amount of water damage. I was put on the schedule for first thing the following morning as it was non emergency, the damage was already done and the water shut off. They went to work immediately after inspecting the damage and preparing an estimate. They cut out the damaged area and used equipment to dry out the damage for 2 days. They came back out and treated the area and repaired the water line that caused the problem. I had them do the repair to the drywall and the new flooring as well. Everything turned out great and it looks like it never happened. Big shout out to SERVPRO of St George! Very professional crew and great employees! I hope I never have another plumbing disaster, but if I do I will be using these guys.
Ron and Ezra came to my rescue at 6:30 Pm - the end of their day! They were at my place until wee hours packing my stuff up - and taking care of business, never once letting on they were tired or wanted to leave. These two made me smile and laugh during a tough time! They were professional and efficient. They made my distress - less! I couldn't of asked for any two better - proper - detailed people!!!
