Matthew Ray
Matthew is a proficient Contents Division Manager at SERVPRO of Wichita Falls. He has years of experience in the restoration industry. Matthew has completed the Contents Processing Technician IICRC Class and the Esporta Soft Contents Regional Training, solidifying his expertise in the field. Additionally, he holds OSHA30 and Forklift certifications, ensuring safety and efficiency in his operations.
Kelsey Tatum
Kelsey has been a dedicated member of our SERVPRO team for the past three years. As Job File Coordinator, she ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish by managing job documentation, billing, and communication between customers, adjusters, and our production team.
Gabriele Poenitzsch
Gaby joined our SERVPRO team in May of 2025 and has quickly become an important part of our office operations. As a Job File Coordinator, she manages job documentation, estimates, and communication to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.
Angela Barry
Angela joined our SERVPRO team in June 2024 and quickly became the friendly voice that most customers hear when they call our office. As Administrative Assistant, she supports daily office operations, assists with customer inquiries, and helps keep projects organized.
Robert Newman
Robert has been with SERVPRO since 2019 and is known as our cleaning guru. From upholstery and carpet cleanings to large-scale commercial duct cleanings, Robert brings expertise and care to every job. A true crowd favorite, he is passionate about helping others and takes pride in making homes and businesses feel refreshed and restored.
Cole Enloe
Cole is our Restoration Manager and works alongside the water restoration team to support them with their daily job tasks. He helps keep projects moving smoothly and ensures customers feel informed and taken care of throughout the process.
Andrew Palacios
Andrew is a Restoration Supervisor who works directly with customers and crews to ensure every job is handled with care. He takes pride in making customers feel important and well taken care of during the restoration process.
Matthew Madigan
Matt is a Restoration Supervisor with over nine years of experience in the water restoration industry. His extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise allow him to guide crews through even the most complex projects.
Zack Crow
Zack is a Restoration Supervisor who helps lead restoration projects from start to finish. He works closely with both customers and crews to ensure jobs run smoothly and that customers feel supported throughout the process
Jose Salas
Jose is a Restoration Supervisor and a huge help in our cleaning department. Known for his positive attitude and friendly smile, he makes every workday better for both customers and coworkers. Jose’s willingness to help wherever needed and his upbeat personality make him a valued member of our SERVPRO team.
Brent Battista
Brent is the Construction Manager for SELECT PRO Construction, where he helps customers rebuild and restore their homes after a loss. Brent ensures projects are completed to the highest standard, making the process as smooth as possible. His dedication to helping families return to normal “like it never even happened” is at the heart of everything he does.

Aaron and Kaycee Ryan
Kaycee and Aaron Ryan's journey to SERVPRO is marked by resilience, determination, and a commitment to serving others. Their story began with Aaron's deployment overseas as a Marine, leaving Kaycee behind while pregnant with their first child. The challenges intensified when their daughter required emergency open-heart surgery upon Aaron's return. Amidst this trying time, Kaycee faced the additional burden of being terminated from her job for seeking time off to care for her sick child. These adversities became the catalyst for change in the Ryan family's life.
Upon Aaron's return, he transitioned from the Marine Corps to the U.S. Air Force Reserves, while Kaycee found solace and purpose in her work at a SERVPRO franchise in California. Three years later, fueled by their shared experiences and a desire to create a better future for their family, they made the bold decision to venture into business ownership, opening their own SERVPRO franchise in Wichita Falls in 2014.
Since then, the Ryan family has thrived, celebrating 10 years of growth and success in their enterprise. Their dedication to their community and their commitment to restoring normalcy in the face of adversity define their approach to business.
Tyler and Saralauren Watts
Tyler and Saralauren’s journey began while attending college at the University of Mississippi in 2011 where Saralauren graduated with her Master’s Degree in 2014 and Tyler graduated in 2015 with his Bachelor’s Degree. They went on to date for eight years before getting wed in 2019 in Graham, Texas. They relocated to Wichita Falls in 2016 when Saralauren accepted a position as the Registered Dietitian at Sheppard AirForce Base. She went on to spend six years serving the base community before she transitioned into SERVPRO ownership in 2021.
Tyler's professional journey has been a testament to his dedication and drive within the SERVPRO family for over a decade. His initial foray into the industry began humbly as a water technician in Oxford, MS, where he balanced his college education with hands-on experience. Tyler's commitment and aptitude quickly garnered recognition, propelling him through the ranks. With each step forward, he embraced new challenges and opportunities for growth. As he navigated his role as a Project Manager, Tyler honed his leadership skills, adeptly coordinating teams and projects with precision. His journey further evolved as he transitioned into the role of Sales & Marketing Manager, where his strategic vision and customer-centric approach contributed to business expansion and client satisfaction. Tyler's relentless pursuit of excellence and unwavering work ethic laid the foundation for his next chapter as a business owner in the SERVPRO franchise.
Now, Tyler and Saralauren spend their time raising their two boys, Ford and Walker. Outside of their professional and parental roles, Tyler enjoys golfing. Saralauren has dedicated herself to making a difference within the community as an active member of the Junior League of Wichita Falls, where she has served as the chair of many different charity events, weaving threads of support into the fabric of our community.
