I had major water leaks inside my home due to faulty flat roof parts of my home, with heavy rain forecast for that night. Called SERVPRO, talked to dispatcher Christine and she immediately helped get someone out that evening, even though it was after 5pm to cover the entire roof area with tarps to help mitigate damage. The next day, SERVPRO rep Joe Harrington came to a walk-through of inside of house and get me set up for water damage mitigation. Joe has been very helpful every step of the way. He and his crew came on Wednesday afternoon to start with the process, and had most of the demolition done on first day, and set up the dehumidifiers and air movers, covered everything and cleaned up. There was small amount of demolition in a couple other rooms to be done the second day, but he explained everything in detail every step of the way. Someone comes and checks each day to make sure everything still working properly. Today is the third day, and due to their great work most of the rooms have already been able to have the machines moved out. I would definitely recommend this company if you have suffered any water or fire damage (and fire damage probably includes water damage after fire dept does their job) to your home, and Joe in particular, to anyone needing water or fire mitigation done, as they did fantastic job considering the amount of damage in several rooms and will allow me to get repairs done sooner than expected.
Joe and Jerry responded to the extensive water damage in our home. Both men were extremely hard working, efficient, and very polite. Joe answered all of our questions in a thorough and comprehensible manner. Would HIGHLY recommend these two gentlemen and this company. Great work y’all!
On March 20, 2020 I was woken up at 7:15 with a flooded house. I rushed around with every towel I owned trying to soak up hours of running water that destroyed all the carpet and sheetrock in eight rooms. I called my insurance and placed a claim. Within an hour the adjuster was on his way and told me to contact SERVPRO in Lake Conroe. They were at the house within an hour and a half; these people were wonderful they took charge moving stuff pulling up the carpet and placed dryers to start the cleanup. Four days later they were finished; they picked up their equipment and I asked if they knew anybody that did construction to help me repair my damage and they said they also did restoration and had me contact Brent Hazelwood. Brent came out spent quality time with us about the damages and that he could have it all complete in a week and a half. Within a month and a half the construction began (took so long because of insurance adjuster) but when they got the go to start the work they wasted no time. I was introduced to I guess you would say my foreman Kevin. He was my lifesaver, he contacted me every morning to see if I needed anything or to let me know what was happening from day to day. He treated everything in my home as his own, he was very meticulous in everything he did. From Brent, Kevin, the painter, carpenter, and floor guys my hat definitely goes off to you. The job y’all did was beyond amazing and we are happier with our home than when it was built 8 years ago. Thank you so much for your honesty and caring. God Bless.

We had a pipe rupture in our attic that ended up flooding a small part of the attic that caused a ceiling to cave in. SERVPRO was called out about 730 pm and was there within an hour. A supervisor named Kevin showed up and could not have been more informative, helpful and cordial. He explained everything that was about to happen and made us feel very comfortable with the process. The communication from him and the people at SERVPRO has been exceptional and I could not give them a higher recommendation.
