He manages multi-building and multi-floor losses, mobilizes resources during regional storm events, and keeps complex projects on schedule while maintaining clear communication with property owners, facility managers, and adjusters.

Jessica Pickens oversees the claims process for SERVPRO Team Shaw, guiding customers and insurance carriers through documentation, scope, and billing from the first call to the final invoice.
