Servpros water mitigation team is the best. I had a water leak and the crew that came out was wonderful. Joel and Chris we on top of everything. Becky, Beatrice, Mandy and Xiomara were my pack out ladies. They were so good that I requested them to put everything back. There was a 3 week lead time for them. They are worth the wait. It was unfortunate that a couple of weeks after my house had a water that my business did too. They were the ones I called and would call again.
After discovering a leak in a bathroom USAA asked me who I wanted to use for the water mitigation portion of my claim. I requested SERVPRO. I am happy to say that Team Leader, Anthony, was great to work with, he was professional and communicated when he would be at my home. Rosemary and Shamiece from the Pack Back team were phenomenal . Courteous, organized and were great to work with. Also Lana answered all my calls and went above and beyond to help get things resolved and completed.
Amazing customer service!! Had water intrusion during a bad storm and SERVPRO did a great job helping us through it. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process a lot less stressful. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and stayed on top of communication the entire time. Definitely appreciate their help and would recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.
