Zack runs an amazing office and when you have four floods of sewage in three days at the Sendera apartments in Barton Creek with two inches of black water you need SERVPRO to the rescue! These men follow IICRC guidelines which are the industry standard. I respect what they know and how they do it.
The process took longer than expected waiting for the insurance to give the go ahead but Glenn (SERVPRO) and his crew were great and would recommend them again.
Dave provided prompt, insightful and productive assistance in drying impacted areas of our house.
When asked what she would change or recommend in the future, Lisa responded, “Nothing. Glen was very helpful walking me through the process and explaining each step.
