I had a tenant who was sure that there was a lot of damage and all flooring would have to be replaced, especially because mold was already growing. My husband and I had already taken care of drying the pad and carpet and using a dehumidifier within hours of the carpet getting wet. David did a great job examining everything in the room for moisture and water and calmly answered the tenant's questions. He was just so calm and professional! Fortunately for me, David indicated that we had done everything right, and there was nothing SERVPRO needed to do for us; we just needed to get some new padding and tack strips and restretch and clean the carpet. This review is specifically to give kudos to David for being so honest to both the tenant and me and handling it all so professionally. Thank you, SERVPRO, for a great technician!
Knowledgeable, professional, patient, respectful and polite. Zack runs an amazing office and when you have four floods of sewage in three days at the Sendera apartments in Barton Creek with two inches of black water you need SERVPRO to the rescue! These men follow IICRC guidelines which are the industry standard. I respect what they know and how they do it.
