About Us

Our a/c unit flooded, and our insurance recommended Servpro to dry out our house. We were very impressed with their service and prompt attention. Abraham reached out immediately and got David and his team to come out to take out our baseboards and flooring, check for mold, and set up dehumidifiers to dry our damp concrete. It’s not a fun process, but everyone on the team was professional, personable, and worked very hard. We felt taken care of. I highly recommend them.

ServPro did an amazing job with our water mitigation. David and his team, Elizabeth, Alex and Abraham were professional, respectful and most of all compassionate in our time of crisis. They worked tirelessly the first day especially to get a handle on our water damage which helped prevent further damage. Even with the equipment and dry wall removal, the work area was always very clean and they left the house as tidy as possible each day. I would highly recommend this group and feel very grateful their work.

These guys were great - prompt, courteous, and thoughtful at a time of need. They were here in a matter of a couple of hours and started working on a Saturday afternoon and we're here until 11pm. David, Alex, Elizabeth, and Abraham were professional and got everything dried up and cleaned up very quickly.

Dave showed up quickly, walked me through the process, and kept me frequently updated. The situation was stressful and Dave’s professionalism was really helpful.

David was awesome and easy to work with. He was transparent/professional and answered any questions I had. I would recommend him in the future to other people as well!

David, Abraham and Liz are super amazing at their jobs. Their professionalism is top notch and the response time is incredible. I highly recommend Servpro for anyone in an emergency situation like we have gone through. Floods are stressful and not fun but Servpro really helps to get you through the process.

David, Alex and Elizabeth of ServPro North Austin have done a splendid job seeing to the removal of the soaked ceiling and wall Sheetrock and insulation along with wood flooring after a water heater thermal expansion tank in the attic rusted through drenching my house for hours while I was at work. They brought in drying fans and dehumidifiers just over 24 hours after I came home observing water seeping out underneath my garage door. All this work was done with excellence considering the inevitable inconvenience and expeditiously. I cannot thank them enough for treating my disaster with urgency and great care. It is not quite 5 days since the flooding was uncovered and my house is ready to begin buildout next week.

I am not used to depending on others to take care of things at home. Our house flooded, Dave, Nadia, and Kip at ServPro and their teams took care of us! If something happens at home, give them a call…you will be glad you did!!!
