Not only did they do a better job they had amazing customer service. They were very informative and the office ladies were so sweet and considerate. I am so happy I chose this SERVPRO
SERVPRO of Mesquite did more than just mitigate my house they mitigated my anxiety and the instant feeling of being overwhelmed. But also the compassion to help us move valuables we didn’t want broken, just overall above and beyond job by him and his technicians. They were all professional, knowledgeable, competent and willing to help in any way possible.

SERVPRO was awesome! We got connected with them through Allstate's "Good Neighbor" program and they definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Each person they sent to our home was a quality worker. They regularly came to the house to make sure the job was being done correctly. If we had any concerns they were quick to find the answer for us and they were accessible majority of the time. I could easily reach them by phone or text and they promptly responded. We couldn't be happier with their work and the people there are so great! Highly recommend!
We were very pleased with the mold removal services provided by SERVPRO of Mesquite. Their crew was conscientious, thorough, professional, and very courteous throughout the project, in less favorable conditions. They were ready for any problem and kept my husband and me informed of all the work being done and how to prevent further damages from occurring, Kudos to the SERVPRO of Mesquite team.
I recently used your company for water and mold removal from my residence. The process took some time as expected, air samples were taken and an analysis was made. I realize SERVPRO of Mesquite had no say in the time it took the hygienist to complete their portion of the process. In regards to SERVPRO of Mesquite, the supervisor was quick in responding to calls and had the crews on site when promised. The work performed was done quickly and there was no mess left behind.. Great job!

I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hard-working men. Also, Avery C was very professional in his interaction with me regarding costs, schedule, arrival times each day, etc. He was an excellent team leader. I could not be happier with the work that they have done.

About Us
About SERVPRO of Mesquite
When disaster strikes your home or business, you need more than a restoration contractor—you need an experienced team that can take control of the situation from the very first phone call. At SERVPRO of Mesquite, we've been helping homeowners, property managers, business owners, and insurance professionals recover from unexpected property damage since 2001. Our mission is simple: restore your property quickly, minimize disruption, and make the damage "Like it never even happened."
We are also the ownership group behind SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek and SERVPRO of Mesquite, and all three locations operate as one unified team under one roof. While the franchise names differ for territory and branding purposes, our operations, staff, equipment, and leadership are fully integrated. This means faster response times, greater resource availability, and a more efficient restoration process for every customer we serve across East Dallas, Kaufman County, Cedar Creek Lake, and surrounding North Texas communities.
As a locally owned and operated SERVPRO franchise group backed by the strength of one of the nation’s most recognized restoration brands, we proudly provide 24/7 emergency restoration services throughout Mesquite, Kaufman County, Cedar Creek Lake, Forney, Terrell, Crandall, Heartland, Sunnyvale, Seagoville, Balch Springs, Kaufman, Mabank, Gun Barrel City, Kemp, Seven Points, Tool, Malakoff, and surrounding communities.

Complete Restoration and Reconstruction Under One Roof
