Although most of the time Fred is working he likes to fish, hunt and play sports in his free time.

J.T also has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage, Fire & Smoke Restoration.

Doris is one of our Warehouse Technicians; she has been with SERVPRO of Mesquite & SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek since 2016. Doris spends most of her time here at our office in the warehouse cleaning personal items and keeping our equipment organized. With over 15 years of experience in customer service, she knows how to leave a smile on our customers faces.

Aaron is a Sales Representative here at SERVPRO of Mesquite & SERVPRO of Kaufman County/ Cedar Creek and has been with the company since 2016. Aaron has been in the restoration industry for over 10 years and has many years of customer service experience as well as experience in the commercial insurance industry. He has following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician. Aaron also has is Property and Casualty license for the State of Texas.

SERVPRO was awesome! We got connected with them through Allstate's "Good Neighbor" program and they definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Each person they sent to our home was a quality worker. They regularly came to the house to make sure the job was being done correctly. If we had any concerns they were quick to find the answer for us and they were accessible majority of the time. I could easily reach them by phone or text and they promptly responded. We couldn't be happier with their work and the people there are so great! Highly recommend!
We were very pleased with the mold removal services provided by SERVPRO of Mesquite. Their crew was conscientious, thorough, professional, and very courteous throughout the project, in less favorable conditions. They were ready for any problem and kept my husband and me informed of all the work being done and how to prevent further damages from occurring, Kudos to the SERVPRO of Mesquite team.
I recently used your company for water and mold removal from my residence. The process took some time as expected, air samples were taken and an analysis was made. I realize SERVPRO of Mesquite had no say in the time it took the hygienist to complete their portion of the process. In regards to SERVPRO of Mesquite, the supervisor was quick in responding to calls and had the crews on site when promised. The work performed was done quickly and there was no mess left behind.. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hard-working men. Also, Avery C was very professional in his interaction with me regarding costs, schedule, arrival times each day, etc. He was an excellent team leader.
