About Us

About SERVPRO of Mesquite

When disaster strikes your home or business, you need more than a restoration contractor—you need an experienced team that can take control of the situation from the very first phone call. At SERVPRO of Mesquite, we've been helping homeowners, property managers, business owners, and insurance professionals recover from unexpected property damage since 2001. Our mission is simple: restore your property quickly, minimize disruption, and make the damage "Like it never even happened."

We are also the ownership group behind SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek and SERVPRO of Mesquite, and all three locations operate as one unified team under one roof. While the franchise names differ for territory and branding purposes, our operations, staff, equipment, and leadership are fully integrated. This means faster response times, greater resource availability, and a more efficient restoration process for every customer we serve across East Dallas, Kaufman County, Cedar Creek Lake, and surrounding North Texas communities.

As a locally owned and operated SERVPRO franchise group backed by the strength of one of the nation’s most recognized restoration brands, we proudly provide 24/7 emergency restoration services throughout Mesquite, Kaufman County, Cedar Creek Lake, Forney, Terrell, Crandall, Heartland, Sunnyvale, Seagoville, Balch Springs, Kaufman, Mabank, Gun Barrel City, Kemp, Seven Points, Tool, Malakoff, and surrounding communities.

Whether you're facing water damage after a burst pipe, fire and smoke damage, storm damage, mold growth, sewage backups, biohazard cleanup, or large commercial losses, our team has the experience, equipment, and training to restore your property safely and efficiently.

Complete Restoration and Reconstruction Under One Roof

One of the biggest advantages of choosing our SERVPRO team is that we don't stop once mitigation is complete. Unlike many restoration companies that only handle emergency cleanup, we provide complete in-house reconstruction services, allowing us to manage your project from the initial emergency response through the final repairs.

Our reconstruction division can restore your property to its preloss condition with services that include:

  • Structural repairs
  • Framing and carpentry
  • Drywall installation and repair
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Flooring installation
  • Cabinet installation
  • Trim and finish work
  • Roofing coordination
  • Complete room and property rebuilds

Having restoration and reconstruction under one integrated team means fewer delays, better communication, one project manager, and a smoother experience from start to finish. Instead of coordinating multiple contractors, you work with one trusted company throughout the entire process.
