What our
customers are saying
I am very impressed with SERVPRO! My home had a leak occur a few weeks ago and SERVPRO was on site immediately to help dry and clean up the damages. Stephanie in the office was very helpful when I initially called and helped walk me through the entire process so I knew I was in good hands. High recommend this company!
The SERVPRO team in Kaufman county were timely, professional and thorough. The technician took the time to evaluate the areas of concern and quickly ascertain what the problem was (which was not what we anticipated the problem to be). He quickly and professionally re mediated the issue saving me time and money. Thank you SERVPRO!!
Additionally, as a weekender he mentioned our coming freeze and volunteered to turn our faucets on to avoid a freeze. Great customer service!
I had some major water damage. A friend recommended SERVPRO and I'm so glad they did! Mr. Johnson & his crew showed up right away and guided me the whole process. Honestly I wouldn't have even known where to start. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me through every thing from insurance to repair and restoring my home to better than new. Thank you Aaron and the SERVPRO crew!
Absolutely impressed with this company right here. They were very professional from the very initial call and really helped me out during this tough process. I am very happy I called this SERVPRO and have absolutely no complaints. Keep up the good work!
I recently used your company for water and mold remediation from my residence. The process took some time as expected, air samples were taken and an analysis was made. I realize SERVPRO had no say in the time it took for the hygienist to complete their portion of the process. In regards to SERVPRO of Mesquite, the supervisor was quick in responding to calls and had the crews on site when promised. The work performed was done quickly and there was no mess left over for me or my wife to clean.
I just want to take a few minutes to commend Jerry and his crew for a excellent job. They were friendly and informative of everything going on. Jerry took me under the house to explain the dehumidifier. I am very confident my mold and moisture problems will be abated significantly by what they did. They even left the crawlspace cleaner than some of the homes I've ever seen.
Kevin and Ruben were great. Always kept me in the loop and did what they said they would do. Punctual and professional. They and their crew did a great job on my house after a fire. They worked with me throughout the job. I’d definitely use them again!
Larry, Tim and team were great when I had a water emergency. They came out in the middle of the night and were extremely courteous and explained every step as they removed water and damaged flooring from my home. The demo team worked quick and efficiently. I plan to use them for reconstruction once everything is worked out with the insurance adjusters.
I had a flood occur in my home in Kemp and Tim responded quickly to my home and evaluated the damage. His crew was quickly behind him with the equipment needed. Sam was in charge and was excellent in directing his crews. He took great care of my belongings and cleaned meticulously after the demolition that was needed. Tim was very responsive and very communicative with me during the entire process.
