Eddie is the Owner and General Manager of both SERVPRO of Mesquite and SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek, bringing 40 years of experience in construction estimating, production, and insurance claims. He has dedicated 20 of those years specifically to fire and water mitigation and restoration.

Eddie specializes in insurance claims and large loss restoration projects, with a focus on construction estimating and production. His 40 years in the industry have shaped a hands-on leadership approach built on technical expertise, accuracy, and accountability. He leads the SERVPRO team with a commitment to quality work, efficient production, and exceptional service for customers navigating fire and water damage recovery. Eddie is certified as an Expert in Water Restoration and Commercial Drying. His training and decades of field experience give him a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of the restoration industry.

Office Manager & Human Resources

Barbara brings 25 years of office management and administration experience to the team. She has been with SERVPRO since 2015, where she works in the office administration division. Before joining SERVPRO, Barbara managed the office of her own small business for 16 years. That experience shaped her hands-on approach to operations, HR, and customer care.

What she enjoys most:
Barbara truly enjoys assisting customers individually and helping them navigate the many challenges of the claims process. Getting to know customers one-on-one is her favorite part of the job. She also loves the positive dynamic of the SERVPRO team and values working alongside a group of professionals who support each other and the community.

With a strong background in office management and a genuine commitment to customer service, Barbara plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while ensuring customers feel heard and supported.

Assistant Office Manager

Brittany is an experienced Assistant Office Manager and Job File Coordinator with 9 years in the restoration industry. She has a strong background in restoration operations, estimating, claims coordination, and administrative support.

What she enjoys most:
Brittany enjoys helping customers during stressful situations and times of need. Whether clients are dealing with fire, water, or mold damage, she likes being someone they can rely on for communication, organization, and support throughout the process. She also values working closely with adjusters and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly and efficiently. Her favorite part of being on the SERVPRO team is supporting others, solving problems, and contributing to a positive and dependable work environment.

Areas of expertise:
Brittany specializes in restoration administration and job file coordination for fire, water, mold, and contents claims. She is skilled in writing detailed estimates and managing high-volume job files with accuracy and organization. She is experienced with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, MICA, Cotality, Claims WorkSpace, Alacrity, and Sedgwick. Her role requires regular communication with customers and insurance adjusters, and she is known for maintaining file accuracy and compliance while meeting performance metrics in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work:
When not in the office, Brittany enjoys spending time with family.

Reconstruction Estimator

Michael Baulch serves as a Reconstruction Estimator for SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek and brings more than 31 years of experience in the restoration industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in many areas of restoration and reconstruction, giving him extensive knowledge of property damage, estimating, and project planning.

In addition to his restoration experience, Michael has worked as an Independent Adjuster and as a Construction Analyst for the SBA Disaster Assistance program. His diverse background helps him understand both the restoration and insurance sides of the recovery process, allowing him to provide accurate estimates and valuable guidance for customers.

Michael holds certifications including Water Removal Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and CDC training. His industry knowledge and attention to detail help ensure reconstruction projects are planned efficiently and completed with quality workmanship.

With more than three decades of experience helping property owners recover after disasters, Michael is a trusted and valued member of the SERVPRO team.

Production & Emergency Response Manager

Tim serves as Production and Emergency Response Manager at SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek. He has 3 years of experience in the mitigation industry, with 2 of those years spent at SERVPRO.

Prior to restoration, Tim worked as a deputy sheriff and served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps. Serving his community has always been a core passion, and he brings that same commitment to every emergency call. He focuses on going above and beyond for customers, especially during high-stress situations.

What he enjoys most:
Tim takes pride in being the calm presence that shows up in the middle of a disaster. Being there when customers need him most and providing personal, hands-on care is what makes the midnight calls worthwhile. He values the SERVPRO team for its loyalty and teamwork, noting that everyone has each other's back and grows by helping one another.

Outside of work:
Tim enjoys racing, video games, firearms, and spending time with family.

Certifications and Training
Tim is IICRC WRT Certified, a Certified Renovator for lead, and a Texas Mold Worker. His technical specialties include commercial drying practices, air injection, and cavitational drying systems.

Crew Chief

Larry has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team for three years, serving as a Crew Chief and helping customers through some of their most challenging situations. Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach, Larry takes pride in being understanding, dependable, and continuously learning new skills to better serve both customers and teammates.

One of Larry’s favorite parts of the job is seeing the sense of relief customers experience when the team arrives and takes control of the restoration process. He enjoys helping people navigate difficult circumstances and providing reassurance that their property is in good hands.

Larry also appreciates the strong team culture at SERVPRO, describing his coworkers as a second family. He values the camaraderie, teamwork, and supportive environment that make each day rewarding.

Crew Chief

Sam Anderson serves as a Crew Chief with SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek and has quickly become a dependable member of the restoration team. He is dedicated to delivering quality workmanship, leading restoration projects efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Sam takes pride in maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the restoration process, helping them feel informed and supported during challenging times.

Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform well under pressure, Sam is committed to completing every job safely, professionally, and on schedule. He enjoys working alongside his teammates to ensure projects are completed efficiently while exceeding customer expectations.

Kevin serves as our Reconstruction Supervisor, bringing more than 10 years of experience in mitigation and reconstruction. With certifications in mitigation and rebuild services, Kevin is passionate about helping homeowners and business owners recover after fire, water, storm, and other property losses. He takes pride in guiding customers through the restoration and rebuilding process and helping them return their properties to safe, comfortable living conditions.

As part of a team with more than 35 years of combined industry experience, Kevin values the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while delivering high-quality reconstruction services. His expertise in restoration and rebuild projects helps ensure customers receive dependable service from start to finish.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and son, coaching his son's soccer team, and traveling to El Salvador to visit family.

Kevin's favorite part of his job is earning customers' trust and helping families get back into their homes after a loss. He takes pride in being part of a team that works hard to restore properties and provide exceptional customer service during challenging times.

Project Manager

Ruben Calvillo is a Project Manager, bringing 4 years of project management experience to the team. He works closely with homeowners and clients throughout the restoration process, helping ensure projects stay on track and are completed efficiently. Ruben is committed to providing clear communication and dependable service while helping customers navigate challenging situations.

Outside of work, Ruben enjoys playing sports and spending quality time with his family.

Ruben's favorite part of the job is seeing the transformation of a homeowner's property after restoration is complete. Helping customers get their homes back to preloss condition and seeing the finished results makes his work especially rewarding.

Technician

Jacob Reichenau joined the SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek team as a Technician and has quickly become a valued member of the crew. Before entering the restoration industry, Jacob gained experience working in electrical and plumbing services, giving him a strong foundation in hands-on problem solving and customer service. He appreciates SERVPRO's family-oriented culture and enjoys being part of a team that supports one another while helping customers through difficult situations.

One of Jacob's favorite parts of the job is helping homeowners and businesses recover after water or fire damage. Knowing that his work helps families begin putting their lives back together after a loss is what makes his role so rewarding.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He is also passionate about coaching his son's adaptive T-ball team, where he enjoys encouraging and supporting young athletes.

Technician

Adam serves as a Technician with SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek. He is known for being hardworking, following directions well, and having a strong willingness to learn and grow in the restoration industry.

What he enjoys most
Adam’s favorite part of the job is learning new things. He values opportunities to expand his skills and contribute to the team while helping customers through the restoration process. He appreciates being part of a team that supports growth and hands-on development.

Technician

Richard served in the United States Marine Corps for several years before being medically discharged. After his service, Richard spent about a year in construction doing remodels. He then worked for a charity organization focused on community awareness and outreach, where he built strong connections and developed his leadership skills.

Richard later transferred those skills to a sales company, where he hired and trained managers who consistently produced around $30,000 in sales each month. He now brings that same drive and adaptability to SERVPRO and is happily learning a new skill set in the restoration industry.

Strengths and goals
Richard excels at customer relations and operates well in high stress environments. He is experienced in leading teams to success and looks forward to stepping into a crew chief position to add even more value to the SERVPRO team.

What he enjoys most
Richard enjoys mastering new skills and helping others. He finds it rewarding to bring ease to customers during difficult situations, like the emergency water mitigation call he responded to over the weekend. Being able to support people when they need it most is a key reason he enjoys the work.

Richard likes riding his motorcycle, spending time on the lake, and staying active through sports and other physical activities.

Business Development Representative

Tom serves as a Business Development Representative for SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek and brings more than 25 years of experience working directly with clients in business consulting, accounting management, sales, and customer relations. Throughout his career, Tom has built a reputation for identifying client needs, providing solutions, and helping businesses and consumers make informed decisions.

Tom has completed Dale Carnegie Sales and Management Training as well as Professional Selling Skills (PSS) training, giving him a strong foundation in relationship building, communication, and customer service. He enjoys connecting with customers, understanding their challenges, and helping them find the right solutions for their needs.

One of Tom's favorite parts of his role is building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted resource for clients. He takes pride in providing guidance, support, and exceptional service while helping customers navigate difficult situations. Tom also values being part of a team and believes the best results come from collaboration, shared knowledge, and working together toward common goals.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, and making memories with their nine grandchildren. He also enjoys grilling on the patio, fishing, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys every football season.

Business Development Representative

Jimmy serves as a Business Development Representative for SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek and brings more than 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and the restoration industry. Throughout his career, he has helped homeowners, property managers, business owners, and insurance professionals navigate the fire, water, and storm damage restoration process while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Jimmy has built strong relationships within the insurance, property management, construction, and restoration communities. His experience includes residential and commercial restoration services, mitigation, reconstruction coordination, business development, and helping customers through some of the most challenging situations they may face after a property loss.

One of Jimmy's favorite parts of his role is helping people in their time of need. He takes pride in being a trusted resource for customers and enjoys working alongside a team that values collaboration, communication, and unity.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and hunting. He appreciates the outdoors and values the relationships and experiences that have shaped both his personal and professional life.

Fire Sales Specialist

Richard "Biff" Liebbe is a native Texan with more than 25 years of experience in the fire and water restoration industry. Throughout his career, he has helped countless homeowners and businesses recover after property losses, building a reputation for listening to customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the restoration process with compassion and expertise.

Biff began his restoration career with Blackmon Mooring and Paul Davis before starting his own restoration company in 1998. After successfully operating the business for 10 years, he transitioned into commercial construction, managing AT&T retail build-outs across Texas, California, Georgia, and Louisiana. Although he found success in construction, his passion for helping people after disasters never faded, which ultimately led him back to the restoration industry and the SERVPRO team.

One of Biff's favorite parts of his role is helping families and business owners begin the recovery process after fire or water damage. He believes every member of the SERVPRO team plays an important role in restoring not only properties but also peace of mind, and he takes pride in working alongside teammates who share that mission.

Outside of work, Biff enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his youngest son and grandson at their baseball games.
